- 1. What is the collection time on orders?
- This is dependent on the amount of stock we have in store when the order
is placed. If we have enough stock on hand, collection can take place within 24 hours.
- 2. Is there a limit regarding the number of items that can be purchased?
- No, you can purchase as few items as you want.
- 3. What payment mechanism must be used?
- Full payment via EFT, bank guaranteed cheque or cash needs to be made before an order can be collected. Should an order be placed for an OEM project, a 50% deposit needs to be paid upfront, with the balance payable prior to collection.
- 4. Does Euroleather deliver?
- No we don’t. Each client must organise their own collection. Alternatively, a courier service can be organised at your expense.
- 5. How long does delivery take once OEM has been ordered?
- It takes 6 – 8 weeks after approval of the sample and receipt of the deposit.
- 6. Does Euroleather supply corporate companies?
- No, we don’t deal with corporate companies. We only supply to companies that resell to end users.
- 7. How can one place an order?
- We only accept written orders. This can be in the form of a fax, written order, email or through the website.
- 8. Do you supply samples?
- Samples may be either purchased or borrowed for a period of two weeks. Should they be borrowed, a holding deposit in the form of a cheque or cash must be given. In order for the deposit to be returned, the samples must be retuned in the original packaging and condition.
